Furwear Slicker Brush

The Furwear Slicker Brush is a grooming tool designed to effectively remove mats, tangles, and loose fur from your dog’s coat. It typically features fine wire bristles that are angled to penetrate the top layer of the coat without scratching the skin. Slicker brushes are especially useful for breeds with short to medium hair, helping to maintain their coat’s health and appearance. This brush is designed to tidy and brush the top layer coat on single coated dogs.

Not recommended for long or double coated dogs

Daily Grooming: Regular brushing with the Furwear Slicker Brush helps maintain a healthy coat by removing loose fur, dirt, and dander. This can reduce shedding and prevent mats and tangles.

Sensitive Areas: Ideal for gently grooming sensitive areas such as the face, ears, and legs, where a larger brush might be too cumbersome or harsh.

Finishing Brush: Use after a bath or other grooming to smooth and align the hair, giving your pet’s coat a polished, finished look.

Cleaning: Remove hair from the brush after each grooming session. Use a comb or your fingers to pull hair out from the bristles.

Washing: Periodically wash the brush in warm, soapy water to remove dirt and oils. Rinse thoroughly and allow it to air dry completely before storing.

Storage: Store the brush in a dry, cool place when not in use. Avoid leaving it in damp areas or direct sunlight to prevent damage to the bristles and handle.
