Hello, I’m Felicity!
I joined the ABT team in early 2024 and feel incredibly lucky to be working in a field I’m so passionate about. From a young age, I’ve always been drawn to animals of all shapes and sizes, whether it was spending time at petting zoos or finding any opportunity to interact with animals.
I completed my schooling at Urrbrae Agricultural High School, where I also earned a Certificate III in Rural Operations, specialising in Animal Care and Husbandry. I began a Bachelor of Veterinary Technology and Animal Behaviour at the University of Adelaide, before making the exciting move to ABT to gain more hands-on experience.
At ABT, I’m continually learning and growing, whether it’s through doggy daycare, our Academy program, grooming, or working with a wide range of animal behaviours. I’ve always had dogs in my life, and my two pups at home definitely keep me busy!
Outside of work, I’m passionate about animal welfare and spend a lot of time volunteering with Paws and Claws Adoptions, fostering rescue dogs and cats and helping out at adoption events. I’ve also been actively involved in netball since I was 8, playing, umpiring, and coaching with the Adelaide Wildcats.
In my downtime, you’ll usually find me curled up on the couch with my dogs watching my favourite shows, or out and about enjoying time with friends.
